When viewed from the sky, the marshlands of Vigueirat appear as vast mosaics of open water, marshes and reed beds. At the core of the great wilderness of the Camargue, they are a palette of diverse landscapes containing and supporting thousands of birds, the largest protected reed bed in the Camargue and 4 Camargue horse and bull ranches. There are 15 kilometres of trails with high viewing platforms and observatories. All of this beautiful nature and wildlife is there to be discovered by adults and children either on foot or by carriage.

What if you forget your binocular? you could rent it on the spot.
What if you don't know anything about birds? Our naturalist guides are there to explain and show you this wild setting with an appropriate material.
You want to see the heart of the Camargue? It's right where we'll bring you to…

On the background, the Grand Rhône
(view from the south-east).
