News of Marais

The Vigueirat Marshes are open to the public from Monday May 3!

After 6 months of waiting, the site will finally be able to deploy its program of activities aimed at discovering the natural heritage of the Camargue: independently on the Etourneau trails (€ 3), on a guided tour on horseback (at from € 22), in a horse-drawn carriage (€ 19) or on foot in the heart of the reserve (from € 15), each at their own pace.

The Marais boutique and refreshment bar will also be open with lots of new products (refreshment bar open from May 8)!
At the gates of the city of Arles, the Marais du Vigueirat are accessible by bike via the ViaRhôna cycle path between Arles and Port-Saint-Louis du Rhône. The site has the Accueil Vélo label and holds the Valeurs Parc naturel régional de Camargue brand.

Events not to be missed in May:
the Camargue festival (from 13 to 17/05)
The visit in a horse-drawn carriage in the company of a breeder of Camargue bulls accompanied by his guardians, with demonstration of cattle sorting and glass of friendship at the end of the visit (Thursday 13 and Monday 25/05 – public holidays)
Introductory nature photography course with David Tatin (05/29)
Information and reservations on 04 90 98 70 91 or by email
